Austria

Vienna and beyond. Architecture, coffee culture, and the best schnitzel of my life.

Portugal

Lisbon: pastel de nata by the marina, trams, and gorgeous tiled buildings everywhere you look. One of those cities that feels like it was made to be wandered.

France

France was where the French baking obsession really took hold. Markets, patisseries, beauty — and the realization that croissants are worth the effort.

Spain

Tapas, late nights, flamenco. Spain has a rhythm unlike anywhere else.

Ecuador

Quito, Baños, the Amazon, the Galápagos. I did a zipline over a canyon in Baños that I still think about. The biodiversity is just overwhelming in the best way.
