Strength Training
I lift. Not competitively, not for aesthetics specifically — just because I love feeling strong. There's a mental clarity that comes from putting effort into something physical and seeing measurable progress.
My training is pretty intuitive these days: compound lifts, some accessories, a lot of consistency. I've learned more about my body through training than almost anything else.
It pairs really well with calisthenics — the two disciplines complement each other in interesting ways.
