Jump Rope

What started as "I need to do more cardio" turned into a full-on obsession. Jump rope is one of the most deceptively hard skills out there — coordination, timing, endurance, all at once.

I started doing basic jump rope for conditioning and got pulled into the world of freestyle: crosses, double unders, footwork combos. I post clips on Instagram when I nail something new.

It's become a meditation for me. There's something about the rhythm — when you're in flow, nothing else exists.
