I love Mediterranean food (it's in my blood — I'm Egyptian), and I've been exploring cuisines from places I've traveled. After Ecuador, I went through a whole Ecuadorian food phase. After Portugal, it was a lot of seafood.
Cooking is how I decompress after a long day of staring at code. And it's how I show love.
